Arable Capital Partners (“Arable”) welcomes Nina Kapur to the Arable team as Operations & Compliance Manager. Nina is responsible for the firm’s financial reporting, regulatory compliance, investor reporting, and operational and administrative functions.  

“Nina brings the experience and versatility we’re looking for, and she’ll play an important role in strengthening our operations and supporting the firm as we continue to grow,” said Greg Richards, Managing Director in the Bellevue, WA office.

Prior to joining Arable, Nina spent eight years at Madrona Venture Group, where she held an accounting, fund administration, and operations role supporting multiple venture funds. Additionally, she was head of operations for Madrona’s Pioneer Fund, where she focused on coordinating fund operations and supporting founders, investors, and portfolio companies throughout the investment process. Nina earned her MBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.

Arable is also pleased to announce the promotion of Sean Knightly from Senior Vice President to Director. Since joining the firm in 2020, Sean has played an integral role in sourcing investments, leading transaction analysis and execution, supporting the firm’s portfolio companies, and serving on their boards. His promotion recognizes the leadership, expertise, and commitment he has demonstrated throughout his time at Arable.
