BELLEVUE, WA – Arable Capital Partners (“Arable”) welcomes Laura Wachter to the Arable team as Chief of Staff.  Laura focuses on the firm’s operations, helping to oversee investor relations, fund operations, compliance, human resources and technology.

“Laura brings over twenty years of experience in financial services and operations, primarily in senior roles at Fortune 100 companies.  With her breadth of experience, she will help Arable scale as the firm continues to expand its investments in the food and agriculture sector,” said Greg Richards, Managing Director in the Bellevue, WA office.

Prior to Arable, Laura was with Amazon Web Services, where she held global management roles within sales operations.  Before this, Laura was a Director at Russell Investments, where she was responsible for all operations of the company’s institutional sales organization.  She was also a First Vice President at JPMorgan Chase (formerly Washington Mutual), where she managed the company’s strategic planning function and executed capital raises and acquisitions.  Laura began her career as an Equity Research Analyst at Lehman Brothers, covering the food sector.
