BELLEVUE, July 27, 2020 – Arable Capital Partners (“Arable”) welcomes Sean Knightly to the Arable team as a Senior Associate in the Bellevue, WA office.  Sean is responsible for transactional work and due diligence on acquisitions, financial analysis, portfolio management and assisting in overall investment strategy. 

 “Sean’s diverse background in Fortune 500 company operations, private equity and investment banking, makes him a strong addition to the team,” said Greg Richards, Managing Director in the Bellevue Office at Arable.   

Prior to Arable, Sean was a finance manager of Kraft Heinz’s $1.4 billion beverages business. At Kraft Heinz, Sean was responsible for leading P&L budget planning, results analysis and forecasting, new product launches, and capital expenditure projects. Prior to Kraft Heinz, Sean was an associate at RCP Advisors, a Chicago-based $9 billion private equity firm, where he focused on investments in middle market companies across a range of industries. Sean began his career in the investment banking division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he focused on executing mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital raisings.

Sean stated, “given my experience in the middle market private equity and food industries, I’m convinced that the Arable team is pursuing a truly unique strategy, and I’m excited to work alongside such a high caliber group of folks.”
